This customized program helps individuals and organizations maximize their leadership development by providing practical techniques and supporting theories. Participants explore five fundamental leadership practices as identified in The Leadership Challenge® by Kouzes and Posner.

Inventory
This is a 360-degree assessment instrument developed by bestselling authors James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner and based on research for The Leadership Challenge®. Participants complete the instrument to help assess the extent to which they actually use a defined set of leadership practices so that they can make plans for improvement. The Leadership Practices Inventory is completed online and the results are scored electronically.
Trust in the
Workplace
Trust is the central issue in human relationships within and outside organizations. Without trust you cannot lead. Without trust you cannot get extraordinary things done.
This full day workshop includes the work of Doctors Dennis and Michelle Reina and their book Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace and will give you an awareness of:
- The behaviours that break trust and those that build trust
- How your perceptions and beliefs influence the way you behave
- How your behaviours contribute to building and breaking trust and impact your workplace relationships
- The steps to heal from betrayal and rebuild trust
Appreciative
Inquiry
This full day workshop introduces participants to both the philosophy and the process of appreciative inquiry. Developed by Dr. David Cooperrider, Appreciative Inquiry invites us to seek out and inquire into that which is generative and life enriching both in our own lives and in the lives of others, along with an exploration of our hopes and dreams for the future. This is not another organizational development tool but rather a new approach to exiting organizational development interventions such as strategic planning, team building, and individual and project evaluation.
Participants receive an overview of the theory around Appreciative Inquiry as well as a brief "experience" of Appreciative Inquiry in action.

Attitude
How we handle stress depends upon our attitude. Attitude can also affect the way stress handles us. Whenever we change our inner attitudes and consciousness, life has an amazing way of responding positively and instantaneously in kind. Life brings success, fortune, and joy to those who make this attitudinal adjustment.

This interactive seminar will explore the difference between ordinary and outstanding service. Through group discussion and small group exercises, participants will learn how to “wow” their clients (both external and internal) and make a positive impression.
